Introduction of charcoal carbonization regeneration equipment:
The activated carbon regeneration equipment produced by our factory
adopts the thermal regeneration method, which is the most widely
used and industrially mature activated carbon regeneration method.
During the regeneration process of dehydrated activated carbon,
according to the change of organic matter when heated to different
temperatures, it is generally divided into three stages: drying,
high-temperature carbonization and activation. In the drying stage,
the volatile components on the activated carbon are mainly removed.
In the high-temperature carbonization stage, a part of the organic
matter adsorbed on the activated carbon is boiled, vaporized and
desorbed, and a part of the organic matter undergoes a
decomposition reaction to generate small molecule hydrocarbons. At
this stage, the temperature will reach 800~900°C. The activation
process is that activated carbon reacts with water vapor in an
atmosphere of water vapor, burns off part of the carbon, reopens
the micropores, and restores activity.
Working principle
The furnace adopts the principle of anaerobic dry distillation to
remove the volatile substances in the biomass and achieve the
purpose of biomass carbonization; the Carbonization process through
charging sealing furnace - preheat drying - anaerobic carbonization
- cooling out carbon four steps to complete.
Charging sealing furnace is to prepare carbonized biomass core
rods, shells and other materials into cage, the cage is divided
into two or three layers, in turn into the inner tank, cover, lock
the buckle, lifting the charging tank into the furnace; Preheat
drying in the furnace with wood and other fuel heating, slowly
heated from room temperature to 220-250 ºC,
the process time 1.2-2.0 hours (according to the material moisture content, density, particle size determines the specific heating time), and discharge material moisture and the air in the tank; Anaerobic carbonization is the furnace temperature to the beginning of weak yellow smoke in the smoke pipe (hydrogen and other volatile substances) discharge, that is the beginning of carbonization, recovery of combustible gas into the furnace ignition, adjust intake air, maintain the tank temperature 300-450 ºC for 2.0-3.5 hours (according to the carbonized material density, particle size and carbonization depth requirements determine the specific temperature and carbonization time),
when furnace is natural flameout, namely for the end of carbonization; Cooling out the carbon is hanging out of the tank from furnace, into the cooling area of natural cooling or spray water cooling, until the inner tank temperature dropped to below 50 ºC, then open the cover out of charcoal. The total furnace temperature and carbonization time are 3.5-5.5 hours, can complete 3-6 furnace time in 24 hours.
The exhaust gas generated during the regeneration of activated carbon is treated by secondary combustion, dry/semi-dry/wet washing, dust removal, etc., which can remove harmful components of organic matter, nitrogen oxides, acids, dioxins, and dust in the exhaust gas , to achieve exhaust emission standards.
CARBONIZATION REQUIREMENTS
Biomass particles or e-waste with a particle size of less than 50mm and a moisture content of less than 20% can be directly entered into the first-type machine for carbonization.
For example, sawdust, coconut shells, fruit shells, palm shells, etc. can be directly carbonized;
larger (50mm or more) raw materials, such as aluminum capacitors, wires, waste clothes, wood branches, etc.,need to be shredded and then carbonized;
if the moisture exceeds 30%, it needs to be dried in advance.
